TSI Eminence Luxury Facial (80 min) – $55
Your student esthetician will use organic Eminence products to rejuvenate and brighten your skin.
Includes double cleanse, exfoliation, two treatment masks, and European style massage for the face, shoulders, arms, feet and calves.

TSI Elegant European Cleansing Facial (50 min) – $38
We use the anti-aging product line, Image©, in this treatment. It includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, and European facial massage. You will enjoy a hand and arm massage during a treatment masque. Treatment will then be finished with moisturizers and sunscreen…great for any skin type.

TSI Mini Cleansing Facial (30 min) – $25
If you are short on time or happen to be new to the spa environment, we suggest starting with our Mini Cleansing Facial. This treatment provides a wonderful cleanse, exfoliation, treatment masque, and hand and arm massage and is finished with moisturizer and sunscreen. Perfect treatment for a quick pick me up during your busy day.

Peels
Spa clients new to The Skin Institute will be required to have a patch test at least 24 hours prior to receiving any advanced chemical peels. This can be scheduled or you are welcome to drop in anytime.
Glycolic & Lactic Peels (50 min) – $35
Reveal smoother, brighter skin with our light chemical peel, a professional-grade exfoliating treatment designed to improve texture, tone, and hyperpigmentation. This peel gently removes dead skin cells, unclogs pores, and stimulates collagen production. Ideal for dull, aging, or acne-prone skin, it leaves your complexion refreshed, hydrated, and visibly radiant.
Enzyme Peel (50 min) – $38
Refresh and renew your skin with our enzyme peel, a gentle, natural exfoliation treatment ideal for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Powered by fruit enzymes like papaya and pineapple, this peel dissolves dead skin cells, unclogs pores, and promotes a healthy glow without irritation. The result is smoother, brighter, and more radiant skin—perfect for a quick refresh with no downtime.
GlyMed Plus Vitamin A Peel (50 min) – $55
Provides a strong exfoliation and comedolysis as it stimulates new collagen production. Bearberry and licorice root extracts lighten hyerpigmentation for a brighter complexion.
GlyMed Plus Five Berry Peel (50 min) – $55
Powerful chemical peel treatment of photoaging, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, post inflammatory pigmentation and acne. Combines TCA, and the anti-aging benefits of 5 natural berries— cranberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and bearberry. These potent berries are abundant with ellagic acid—a natural tyrosinase inhibitor that in combination with licorice extract and L-Ascrobic Acid, gently modify and brighten epidermal pigmentary disorders as they increase cell turnover and collagen production.
GlyMed Plus Jessner’s (50 min) – $65
Professional Jessner’s Solution produces aggressive, but predictable exfoliation. Contains a combination of resorcinol, salicylic acid, and lactic acid to exfoliate, oxygenate, and detoxify skin while helping to catalyze metabolic functions. Effective treatment for acne and uneven pigmentation.
GlyMed Plus TCA (50 min) – $65
This chemical peel provides an aggressive medium chemical exfoliation to reduce melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, sun damage and post acne scars. Helps correct and smooth fine surface wrinkles through stimulation of collagen. This exclusive formula is enhanced with a cocktail of anti-inflammatory botanicals and natural pigment inhibitors.
PCA Ultra Peel (50 min) – $65
Specially formulated for maturing skin, Ultra Peel® I is also appropriate for many other skin types, conditions and sensitivities. It will help improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while promoting an even skin tone and clear complexion.
PCA NoPeel Peel (50 min) – $55
The PCA Skin No Peel Peel is a professional treatment designed to exfoliate and rejuvenate the skin without the intense peeling often associated with traditional chemical peels. Despite its name, it offers a gentle yet effective way to improve the skin’s appearance.
PCA Peel with Hydroquinone & Resorcinol (50 min) – $75
The most potent of our enhanced Jessner’s formulas, this peel will even skin tone and provide more exfoliation for oilier, thicker, and more resilient skin types. It is extremely effective on sun-damaged and thickened skin.
PCA Peel Hydroquinone Free (50 min) – $65
The PCA hydroquinone free peel is an enhanced Jessner’s solution, ideal for more sensitive skin types, ethnic skin, or those allergic to or sensitive to hydroquinone. Just like the original PCA Peel with hydroquinone, this treatment will help to rejuvenate and improve the appearance of breakout-prone skin, while also promoting an even, bright skin tone.

FACIAL TREATMENTS
Pore Refining – Light Extractions (50 min) – $25
This facial treatment is designed to balance and clear skin with mild acne or normal congested pores or blackheads. It begins with a refreshing deep cleanse and personalized exfoliation. Next, your esthetician chooses a prepping product specifically suited to your skin that will allow extractions to be gently performed. A special high-frequency machine helps to kill bacteria and purify the skin. A calming mask will be applied to soothe your skin, followed with treatment products . Best results when performed in a series of 6, every 2 to 4 weeks.

Deep Pore Cleanse – Machine Extractions (50 min) – $35
Includes cleanse, exfoliation, deep pore cleansing with ultrasonic, gentle extractions, spot treatment, and SPF. A glycolic chemical peel is an optional add on enhancement.
Signature HydraFacial (45 min) – $160

HydraFacial is a multi-step facial treatment that targets a variety of skin conditions and concerns. It includes a deep cleanse, gentle peel, painless extraction, and intense hydration. The cleanse is followed with a gentle peel to exfoliate the skin. The GlySal peel contains glycolic and salicylic acid, which softens sebum in the pores and prepares the skin for extractions. Painless extractions help remove blackheads, dirt, oil, sebum and debris. Then the skin is nourished with a blend of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid.
Deluxe HydraFacial (60 min) – $210

The Deluxe option includes all of the steps in the Signature HydraFacial with the addition of customized boosters and LED treatment.
Ultrasonic Facial (50 min) – $55
This machine facial treatment uses ultrasonic vibration to deep clean pores and push serums into the skin. Very effective treatment for oily skin.
Microdermabrasion (50 min) – $55
Minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture. It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne scarring, melasma, and other skin-related concerns and conditions.
Recommended optional enhancement: Snowball Cryotherapy
CryoGlow (50 min) – $55
This advanced, results-driven facial delivers both clinical efficacy and luxurious rejuvenation. Using controlled cold temperatures (10°C), our cryotherapy device constricts blood vessels, reduces inflammation, and stimulates collagen production—improving skin tone, texture, and elasticity. Glymed Tightening Protein/O2 Therapy (50 min) – $75

Microneedling is a facial treatment procedure that uses a grouping of small needles to create micro-channels in the skin. A numbing gel makes the procedure very comfortable. It’s a facial for your back! Let us take care of that hard to reach area with hot towels, cleanse, scrub exfoliation, hydrating mask, and moisturizer. You’ll also be treated to a massage on the back, hands and arms.
Juniper Berry Smoothing Body Wrap with Mini Facial (80 min) – $55
This luxurious body treatment includes dry exfoliation, light massage with special Juniper Berry *essential oil blend, a Mini Facial with organic products and a scalp massage. You will be professionally draped for modesty throughout and cocooned in layers to your comfort level.
*Juniper Berry Blend contains-Juniper, Lavender, Basil, Grapefruit, Cypress, Cedar Wood, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree

Well defined lashes and brows can have a significant impact on the overall appearance of the face. Lash lifts and brow lamination can create a more groomed finish while lash and brow tinting will help darken and enhance the eye area.
Eyelash / Eyebrow Tinting (30 min) – $15 each
Opens up the eye area and gives a more defined look to your appearance. Lasts 2-3 weeks.
Lash Lift (50 min) – $55
Temporarily alters the curl of your lashes, lifting them from the root and curling them upward. Can last 2-3 weeks with proper home care.

Light Peel With Facial – $15
Glycolic or lactic peels can be added to many facial treatments. Contact our student spa coordinator to see if this add on is compatible with the treatment of your choice.
Snowball – $10
Cryotherapy for the skin can help lighty exfoliate, soothe and increase circulation for a healthy glow. It is anti-bacterial and makes a great soothing post treatment add on. Your skin has never felt so smooth!
We highly recommend adding this to your microdermabrasion treatment.
LED Light Therapy – $10
“Light Emitting Diode” devices use light energy to improve cellular health of the skin by accelerating the repair and replenishment of compromised skin tissue cells.
Cryo/Thermal Therapy – $10
Upgrade your treatment with cryo or thermal therapy or a combination of both. Cryotherapy helps tighten pores, reduces puffiness and smooths out fine lines. Thermal therapy opens pores for better absorption of products and uses red LED light to reduce inflammation and refresh your complexion.
Paraffin Hand Treatment – $15
Your hands will be treated to warm towels, exfoliation, and then slipped into mits with warm melted wax. Deeply moisturizing to this often neglected area. Can be added to most other treatments.
Paraffin Foot Treatment – $15
Your feet will be treated to warm towels, exfoliation, and then slipped into mitts with warm melted wax. Deeply moisturizing to this often neglected area. Can be added to most other treatments.
Jelly Mask – $15
These rubberized setting masks address a variety of specific concerns. Consult with your student esthetician to select the most beneficial mask for your skin.
