Allison Brostrom
I found my way into esthetics when all my kids were finally in school full-time and I was ready to discover something new for myself. With a background in the medical field and a love for the beauty industry, I quickly realized esthetics was the perfect combination of both. I'd hit the jackpot!
Now, as Admissions Director at TSI, I get to share that excitement with prospective students every day. My favorite part is showing people just how many different directions a career in esthetics can take them. I'm a Master Esthetician with a special interest in aromatherapy and essential oils, and I love watching our graduates think outside the box, discover their strengths, and build careers that are uniquely their own.
Beyond the Classroom
Fun fact: I love cooking and even owned a catering business!

Shari Tammietti
I decided to attend esthetics school on a whim ten years ago, and somehow it turned into a career I absolutely love! After graduating as a Master Esthetician, I built my own waxing clientele before discovering my passion for teaching. I spent nearly five years as a full-time instructor before stepping back from the classroom when my babies came along.
These days, I do a little bit of everything behind the scenes at TSI! From developing curriculum and creating new learning experiences to training and supporting our instructors, I love finding ways to make esthetics education more engaging, creative, and fun. And while I'm not in the classroom every day anymore, I'll never turn down the chance to teach a waxing class or pop in for a spray tan demo!
Beyond the Classroom
Outside of work: Hanging out with my husband and our two boys, thrifting, exploring new places, and starting crafts I may or may not finish. 😂
Drink order: Creamy coconut Dr Pepper, always.
