Estheticians learn many skills and treatment options while they are working on their licensing. The Skin Institute teaches massage techniques, facials, and body treatments to our students and we also offer them to our guests! Body treatments can help improve your skin, similar to a facial. This blog will share information about the types of body treatments, specifically the ones you can recieve at TSI.
What Are Body Treatments?
Similar to facials or chemical peels, body treatments are used to help soften the skin, remove imperfections, and stimulate blood flow. Body treatments work on a larger scale to help improve the skin in all areas of your body. Your back, legs, and elbows often get neglected, so body treatments are a great way to take care of these hard-to-reach areas.
Having a body treatment can feel similar to a massage. It can help you relax while also giving you more lasting benefits for your skin. The benefits of a body treatment can last for months when done by a professional.
Benefits Of Body Treatments
There are many benefits to skincare and body care, especially if you want to avoid wrinkles or sagging skin. Having proper body treatments will help improve your body in many areas. Some of the benefits of professional body treatments include:

- Break of fat cells
